Players may still register after registration closes but your entry will be moved to the reserve list and will only be allowed to participate if an age group player withdraws within the correct seeding range.

Event Constraints:
- The maximum number of event participants is 150.
- The maximum number per age group is 32 (Note age groups may be split into different groups by ability)
- The minimum number of participants to make the event viable to run is 50
- Age group draws may be combined if there are insufficient participants to make an age group draw viable. The minimum viable number per age group is 4.
Event Timings
The event is planned to take place over the following days:
- Friday 6th October - From 5.00 pm until 10.00 pm (latest finish)
- Saturday 7th October - From 9.30 am to 8.00 pm
- Sunday 8th October - From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

No lockers but ample space for bags around the club. |
